I managed to do half 10 min ab workout. Feeling really proud. If I keep this going. My stomach should shrink. Was thinking of doing a cardio workout as well but I think that would be pushing it.

Play Play and Play More.

Oh my god. I’ve been out for half an hour and already missing DQB2. But I can watch it on YouTube at my favourite coffee house. Piggy Smalls where messy to eat. Walked around Barry Island for an hour. I went back home to drop of my stuff and buy some groceries.

09/09/2019 Starting The Day On A High

Started this morning at 8:00 am to see if it would be better. It wasn’t. This morning was physical. Lunch we got moved of our table. Won’t write much because it’s getting late.
